Site plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this new document drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and contains a legend detailing distinct areas of the estate.
Accompanying this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative release.
